ZOOper Birthday Parties at the Zoo!
Birthday parties are a fun event in your child’s life. The ultimate adventure is a ZOOper Birthday Party at the Central Florida Zoo. Let the celebration begin as you experience the wonders of wildlife with over 400 native and exotic animal guests.
ZOOper Birthday Parties include:
- Admission to the Zoo and the Wharton-Smith Tropical Splash Ground for a minimum of 10 people and maximum of 30. (The total number of guests includes both member and non-member adults and children.)
- Use of the birthday party area for 1 1/2 hours.
- One pass for the train or carousel per guest.
- Party host/hostess
- Piñata (includes candy)
- Gift Certificate for birthday child
- Animal-themed paper products
- Party hats and children's gift bags

- Pick a day: Saturday or Sunday
- Pick a time: 9:30-11:00, 12:00-1:30 or 3:00-4:30
*Pizza is not available at 9:30am.
- Plan your child’s party at least two weeks in advance.
- Provide the birthday cake and candles.

Invite one of our animals to your party! Choose from a snake, turtle or rabbit. $35 for a 1/2 hr.

Frequently Asked Questions:
May we arrive early for our party?
You may visit the Zoo before or after your birthday party, but you will not be allowed into the birthday party area until 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
May we bring our own food or drinks into the Zoo?
The only food you may bring in is the birthday cake; we provide everything else. Don't forget the candles!
May I bring in balloons?
No, for the safety of our animals, balloons are not allowed in the Zoo.
May I bring in a magician or face painter?
Yes.
If I am a member of a different zoo, can I still get the 10% discount off a birthday package?
No, you must be a member of the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens.
What animals may I chose from for an Animal Encounter?
A rabbit, snake or turtle. (Due to a number of factors we can not guarantee a specific animal).
I have toddlers (under 3), will they be counted toward the total number of guests?
No. Children under three are free.
I am a member and some of my guests are members, will they be counted toward the the total number of guests?
Yes, the price is for the entire party package.
What are my choices of beverages?
You can choose three of the following: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Lemonade, Fruit Punch
