Bright Futures Volunteer Program

High School Students 9th – 12th grade looking to complete their 75 hours of community service at the zoo.

Bright Future Scholarship volunteers, in groups, man a table in the Insect Zoo to engage our young Zoo visitors in creating insect related crafts.  In addition, the Bright Futures volunteers can interact with the children in a number of ways, including reading insect themed books, helping them put together puzzles, etc.  The students will also help keep all the Insect Zoo toys and educational items neat and tidy.

To take part in this worthwhile volunteer effort please call 407.323.4450, ext. 127 or email volunteers@centralfloridazoo.org for information and availability.
