Education Resource Guide

"Where the Classroom Comes to Life!"

The Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens is your resource for wildlife and conservation education.  We are proud of the many programs we offer that spark an excitement for the sciences and a compassion for wildlife in students of all ages.

Each year we strive to add new exciting programs and this school year is no exception.  Learn about our new Going Green 101 outreach for 5th grade and above, and our new first grade program First Class...Zoo!

Let us help your students prepard for FCAT and Florida Writes with one of our integrated programs that combine science, math, geography, language arts and social studies.

We are excited to once again announce that thanks to the Bert W. Martin Foundation we are able to offer Title One school FREE admission to several of our programs.  Please call early because spaces fill quickly.

Whether you take part in a program at the Zoo, have the Zoo come to you with one of our school district approved outreaches, or have the Creature Chronicle newsletter delivered to your students each month, we are confident you will find the Zoo to be a valuable addition to your curriculum.

The Zoo is serious about making education fun.  Discover the many ways we truly are...
