Group Reservation Form

To schedule group rates for your visiting school or organization, please complete the following form.  A minimum of 15 paying guests is required to receive the group discount rate.  A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your registration.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Group Sales Coordinator at 407.323.4450 ext. 125 or fieldtrips@centralfloridazoo.org. 

Payment:  Registration and payment must be turned in at the Admissions window upon arrival.  No individual payments can be accepted when receiving group rates.  A payment form will be attached to your confirmation email.

Central Florida Zoo Members:  Zoo members receive free admission with a valid membership card.  This is good for admission only and does not include education programs, tours or lunches.  Place the number of Zoo members to receive free admission on your payment form and attach photocopies of membership cards.   

Animal Encounters & Tours:  If you would like to schedule an animal encounter presentation, tour of the Zoo, or both, please use the Animal Encounter/Tour registration form.  A minimum of two weeks notice is required to schedule all programs. 

Extras:  If you are ordering lunches, train rides, carousel rides, or gift bags, you will be contacted one week prior to your visit to confirm your order. 

Safari Lunch Bags:  Each includes a hot dog or sandwich, chips, cookies, and a drink in a Zoo lunch bag.  Lunches must be ordered at least one week in advance.
