First Class...Zoo:  1st Grade Registration Form

Complete this form and return it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to insure you will get your dates.  Please schedule at least two weeks in advance.  Arrival time at the Zoo Should be 10:00am.  IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE, PLEASE INDICATE THE EARLIEST THAT YOU CAN ARRIVE.

Please note - We ask that the students be divided into 4 equal size groups if you have more than 30 students.  If you have less than 30 students, please divide them into 2 equal size groups.  Teachers and chaperones should be equally divided among the groups.  The students and chaperones should know before they arrive which group they will be in.
