The Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens always has something new and exciting for the whole family to enjoy. The Wharton-Smith Tropical Splash Ground is NOW OPEN! Kids of all ages will enjoy staying cool as they splash around the watery playground. The Splash Ground features unique water sources resembling some of the local residents and former residents of the Zoo! Located at the front of the Zoo, the Splash Ground was designed for those hot and humid days in Florida when you just want to cool off. The Tropical Splash Ground includes an alligator, frog, hippopotamus, raining trees, water tunnel and a bucket dump and is just waiting for children-of-all-ages to enjoy.
