Free Admission to Federal Employees During Government Shutdown

As the federal government shutdown continues, the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens would like to extend complimentary admission to those employees impacted during this time of uncertainty. We believe that providing the opportunity to visit animals and spend time in nature can help reduce the stress many are currently feeling.

“We understand this is a difficult time for many people throughout the country,” said Dino Ferri, the Zoo’s CEO. “Central Florida is a community and we want to be there for those affected.”

The Zoo is offering free single-day admission to employees, and up to three (3) guests, through the end of the shutdown. This offer is extended to federal employees, as well as contractors that work within the federal government.

Guests must show a valid federal government identification card or badge at the Zoo’s Admissions Window to receive this offer. This offer must be redeemed in-person and is not valid on online ticket purchases or for Seminole Aerial Adventures.
