Kids Night Out
It’s KIDS ONLY (ages 5-12) at Kids Night Out!
These KIDS ONLY evenings at the Zoo are filled with hands-on fun and exploration. The night begins in the Discovery Center at 6:30 p.m., where everyone will get to enjoy meeting cool animals up close and take a flashlight tour of the Zoo. We’ll also play games, make a craft, and enjoy a snack, all before the grownups come back!

- Time: 6:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.

- Annual Passholders: $35 per child

FLASHLIGHT SAFARI
See the Zoo after dark!
Experience the sights and sounds of the Zoo at night during this exciting nocturnal adventure! The evening will begin in the Discovery Center with up-close animal encounters. Fascinating nightlife will come to light as we venture into the Zoo for a guided flashlight tour and explore the Zoo after dark.
This is a great program for families, but because it is a late-night program, children must be five years or older to attend.

- June 19, 2027 – Super Senses After Dark
- Time: 7:30 – 10 p.m.
- Pricing:
- $26 per Annual Passholder adult
- $20 per Annual Passholder child (Ages 5-12)
- $32 per Non-Passholder adult
- $25 per Non-Passholder child (ages 5-12)
- Space is limited
- Registrations and payments are required.
- Check-in beings at 7:30 p.m. in the Discovery Center.
- The guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours.

Snooze at the Zoo
Spend the night at the Zoo!
Spend the night in the Wayne M. Densch Discovery Center. Experience up-close animal encounters and a flashlight tour of the Zoo, then it’s time for an evening snack. Afterward, it’s lights-out and a movie you can enjoy right from your sleeping bag. Wake to the early morning sounds of the Zoo and a continental breakfast before heading out to be the first guests to greet the animals!
- A minimum of 20 guests in your group or party is required to Snooze at the Zoo, with a maximum of 50.
- Children must be 5 years or older to attend.
- Reservations are required to book this experience.
- Friday or Saturday evenings
- Arrival – 7 p.m. / Departure – 9 a.m. the next day
- Cost – $75 per person

Private Flashlight Safari
Enjoy an exclusive experience!
Treat your group to a one-of-a-kind after hours adventure at the Zoo! Your experience begins in the Discovery Center with up-close ambassador animal encounters before setting out on a private guided flashlight tour through the Zoo. Along the way, your group will discover how the Zoo comes alive after dark while exploring the fascinating world of nocturnal wildlife.
This unique program is perfect for scout groups, youth organizations, families, and other private groups looking for an unforgettable evening together. Because the program takes place after dark, all participants must be at least 5 years old.

- Time: 7:30 – 10 p.m.
- Pricing:
- $28 per Annual Passholder adult
- $22 per Annual Passholder child (Ages 5-12)
- $34 per Non-Passholder adult
- $27 per Non-Passholder child (ages 5-12)
