Homeschool families can experience a wide variety of interactive programs at the Zoo, where the classroom comes to life! Up-close animal encounters, games, crafts, and activities are all part of this exciting learning environment. Choose from a variety of homeschool ZOOventure family workshops for children of all ages and adults.

Learn about animals in action as we discover how animals forage, dig, poke, and climb to find food, build homes, and hide. It’s an amazing exploration of how animals use tools and their own adaptations to survive!
So you want to be a Zoo Keeper? Join us to discover what it takes to care for animals at the zoo. Whatever the weather, Zoo Keepers are always on duty, and taking care of the animals is a big job!

Registration is required at least one week in advance. Program size is limited. Programs are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not met one week prior to the program date. Refunds will not be provided for self-initiated cancellation once registration and payment have been processed.
