Ticket Donation Requests
Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we are not able to respond to phone requests, follow-up calls, or requests received by mail or email.
Please read the criteria below carefully and submit your request using this online form below.
Zoo Ticket Donation Criteria
As a non-profit organization, the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens supports other non-profits in Central Florida through in-kind support.
We gladly accept requests for donations of admission tickets as a form of sponsorship for live and silent auctions; raffles; and other fundraisers for registered 501(c)3 organizations.
At this time we are unable to provide cash sponsorships.
Eligible organizations may submit only one request per calendar year. Each submission is evaluated on a first-come basis and will not be approved based upon a prior year’s participation. Donations are not automatically renewed.
The Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens is not able to provide charitable donations to:
- Duplicate requests from the same organization
- Fundraisers benefiting mission trips or activities outside of the U.S.
- Individuals or families
- Labor or political organizations
- Organizations outside the state of Florida
- Organizations seeking a donation for prizes or incentives
- Organizations that have received a donation within the same calendar year
- Organizations that support activities or practices that do not align with our policies
- Requests for monetary gifts or sponsorships
- Requests made with less than 60 days notification
- Third party fundraising organizations
Eligible organizations should submit a request no more than 90 days prior to the event.
Requests will be reviewed on a rolling basis. No phone calls or emails please.
If your organization is selected to receive a donation, you will be notified by email and delivery arrangements will be made at that time.
