Virtual – Girl Scout Programs

The wildest way to earn your badges.

The Central Florida Zoo offers Girl Scouts unique opportunities to earn their badges virtually.

Group Virtual Scout Programs

Up-close animal encounters, games, crafts, and activities are all part of this exciting virtual learning environment. Activities will use materials typically found in the home and troop leaders will receive a materials list one week in advance of the program. Badge programs are listed below. Registration is required two weeks in advance. Programs will be facilitated as whole group sessions in Zoom.

Daisy Petal Workshops

Clover Petal: Use Resources Wisely

In this badge workshop, Girl Scouts will learn about animal senses and discover how extraordinary they are. Through activities, animal encounters, and a virtual Zoo tour, groups will learn how animals use their senses to survive in their habitats.

Bugs (Legacy: Naturalist) Badge

Explore the world of bugs and learn why they are so important to the well-being of our planet. Through activities, animal meetings, and a virtual tour of our Insect Zoo, get ready to meet some of the world’s coolest crawlers.
