Important Information You Need to Know Before for Visiting the Central Florida Zoo

The Zoo wants to offer Central Florida families a safe place for outdoor recreation and education. In cooperation with Seminole County — to protect the health and safety of our guests, staff, and animals — we have implemented new safety protocols. By purchasing admission into the Zoo, you are agreeing to comply with our protocols. Thank you in advance for following the protocols outlined below.

Purchase Tickets Online

Purchase tickets in advance. Open daily 9 am - 3 pm. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Mask Policy

Guests, age 13 and older, are required to wear a facial covering.

Modified Attractions

Safety protocols are in place for experiences, animal encounters, and animal feedings.

Maintain Social Distancing

Always maintain at least 6 feet of open space between your household and other guests.

Accessibility, Rentals, and Rules

Wagons and wheelchairs are available to rent at the Admissions Window.

Refreshments and Dining

Snacks, entrees, beverages, and water are available for purchase.
