Important Information You Need to Know Before for Visiting the Central Florida Zoo

The Zoo wants to offer Central Florida families a safe place for outdoor recreation and education. Face coverings are not required but encouraged while in outside areas. We ask that Zoo guests wear a face-covering when entering all indoor locations. Please maintain social distancing of 6 feet or more between your party and those around you. By purchasing admission into the Zoo, you are agreeing to comply with all Zoo Rules.

Purchase Tickets Online

Purchase tickets in advance. Zoo Hours 9 am - 3 pm.

Mask Policy

Face coverings are not required but encouraged while in outside areas.

Modified Attractions

Safety protocols are in place for experiences, animal encounters, and animal feedings.

Maintain Social Distancing

Always maintain at least 6 feet of open space between your household and other guests.

Accessibility, Rentals, and Rules

Wagons and wheelchairs are available to rent at the Admissions Window.

Refreshments and Dining

Snacks, entrees, beverages, and water are available for purchase.
