Come Visit Us!

Take a Tour of the OCIC!

Join us for a guided tour of the only captive breeding facility for the Eastern Indigo Snake! Learn from the knowledgeable staff about how these legendary snakes hatch, grow and eventually get released into the wild to help grow their dwindling populations! Every tour also includes hands-on interaction with one of the largest non-venomous snakes in North America. Guests will also be able to safely meet with and learn about many other native snakes, including Edgar, the world’s largest captive Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake! Additionally, the tour will include a visit with the striped newts, another imperiled species we also breed for repatriation.
